Basketball: Leaders lose key players to England effort

The Eagles have a deep enough squad to survive the loss of their trio, of whom Andrew Sullivan scored 15 points in Saturday night's 113-81 win at Guildford Heat and added an impressive 27 in last night's 105-75 thrashing of Sheffield Sharks. The Rocks beat Guildford 88-72 on Friday night and Chester Jets 86-60 last night.

England: S Bucknall (Leicester), J Forbes (Rocks), A Bridge (Newcastle), R Baker (Brighton), D Herriman (Manchester), A Sullivan, F Flournoy (both Newcastle), M Martin (Guildford), R Reed (Leicester), J Amaechi (unattached), J Joseph (Rocks), R Windle (Sheffield).
