The Eagles player-coach, Fab Flournoy, should have started a three-game ban last night for punching the Birmingham Bullets player-coach, Skouson Harker, in their game on 10 December, but delayed his punishment by asking for a personal hearing to appeal.

Andrew Sullivan was top scorer with 23 points for Eagles, who will play the winners of tomorrow's game between Leicester Riders and Guildford Heat.
