They could come no bigger for Amersham and Chalfont, from the Three Counties Trysports League, than their home game against Trojans, from the Premier Division of the National League, in tomorrow's Women's Third Round of the EH Cup – which can be compared to Arsenal visiting Vauxhall Motors.

For A&C, a merger two years ago of the Amersham and Chalfont clubs, their coach David Peters said yesterday: "It will be an experience of a lifetime. Although unbeaten in the League this season we are very realistic about the task facing us. We plan to play a high-tempo game and not let the Trojans dictate the game."

Conceding that it could be a busy game for their captain Vicki Williams in goal, the A&C coach added: "Our secret weapon for the afternoon could be the loyal support we expect to get from club members."

With the England World Cup team departing for Perth today several of the leading clubs will be missing key players, although no surprise results are expected.

The Cup holders Ipswich will be missing the highly influential Leisa King when they visit Woking. A total of six players will be absent from the all-Premier match between Leicester and Olton.
