Ice Hockey: Kirton heads for Bracknell

Bracknell Bees have signed the winger Scott Kirton for the forthcoming Superleague campaign. The 6ft 4in 30-year-old has had spells in Britain with London Knights and Dundee Stars, for whom he played 22 games for last season. He spent the latter part of the last campaign with Pee Dee Pride in the East Coast Hockey League.

The winger Joe Ciccarello has agreed to return for the new season. The 30-year-old scored eight points in 11 games last term after coming out of retirement.

The Canadian Karry Biette has agreed to re-sign for Fife Flyers for the 2002-03 British National League campaign.
