The arguments over who should be in charge of the Lance Armstrong doping investigation took a new twist yesterday with the suggestion that the Court of Arbitration for Sport be called in.
Both the US Anti-Doping Agency and cycling's world governing body, the UCI, want to be in charge of the investigation into the seven-times Tour de France winner, and now the UCI has suggested CAS be called in to decide that issue. Armstrong has always denied wrongdoing.
