Some of England's finest amateur boxing talents and 2012 Olympics hopefuls will take on Germany in the boxing ring tonight in London.
The third annual Nordoff Robbins Boxing Dinner, which raises money to help transform the lives of vulnerable people through music therapy, will be held at the Grand Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden.
Among those in attendance will be world champions John Conteh, Alan Minter and Billy Schwer as well as British and European champion, James Cook MBE. Meanwhile the host for the event is ballroom dancer and television presenter Anton du Beke.
Nordoff Robbins Boxing Committee Chairman and CEO of The Agency Group, Neil Warnock, said: "It gives me great pleasure to see this event running successfully for the third year in a row. Even £25 raised pays for half an hour of Nordoff Robbins music therapy for a young child in hospital suffering from terminal cancer, which utterly transforms their day; needless to say every penny counts."
All proceeds from the event go directly to Nordoff Robbins and their work. You can find out more at www.nordoff-robbins.org.uk, while tickets for tonight's event are still available. Click here for more details.
