Double Paralympic swimming champion Natalie Jones has announced her retirement after more than 13 years.

The 28-year-old competed in four Games, winning gold in the SM6 200 metres individual medley and the 4x50m medley relay in Athens in 2004.

She also won three Paralympic bronzes, the last in London 2012. She said: "I have had ups and downs but mainly ups, and times that I will remember forever."
