Racing: Inspection at Catterick
Three of today's five meetings at Chepstow, Perth and Worcester have been washed away, while Perth and Haydock tomorrow have suffered the same fate.
Today's remaining turf card at Catterick is in doubt with a 7.30am inspection called. The clerk of the course, Jonjo Sanderson, said: "There is sitting water half a furlong from the finish. Any more rain could cause problems, but I'm fairly confident that with a dry night and a stiff breeze that will go away."
