All 17 players who appeared in Great Britain's worst-ever Test defeat in Sydney earlier this month have kept their places in David Waite's squad to prepare for the visit of New Zealand this autumn.

The Great Britain coach has retained all those who figured in the 64-10 humiliation by Australia, but added several who missed the match through injury, including Sean Long, Paul Anderson and Adrian Morley.

The uncapped players in the 32-man squad are Danny Orr of Castleford, the Wigan back-rower Stephen Wild, and the St. Helens' forwards Tim Jonkers and John Stankevitch.

Waite said players could still be added to or dropped from the squad depending on form, but they will get together at least twice before final selection on 25 October, two weeks before the first Test on 9 November.
