Daniel Anderson, who is to coach the Exiles team to play England in a two-match series this summer, will today name his assistants.
Anderson lost his job as coach of Parramatta last year but remains based in Australia, so he will need eyes and ears in Europe for the selection process. He will also need a new on-field leader. Danny Buderus, a former captain of the Exiles, is back in Australia with the Newcastle Knights.
One of the leading candidates for an Exiles place, St Helens' Sia Soliola, is doubtful for Saturday's match at Bradford after being beaten up. The Kiwi was treated in hospital for facial injuries. Three men have been arrested after the incident in St Helens town centre.
