The Hull forward Chris Green, 22, has been rewarded for his breakthrough season in Super League with a two-year contract. Green, who made his debut against Bradford in March, has played six more times, scoring his first try against Catalan Dragons on Sunday.
Green said: "It has been a pretty good week to score my first try and then sign a new deal, so I'm really pleased. Hull FC is my hometown club and there is no other place I want to be playing. My focus now is on my development and performances every week to make sure I retain my place."
