Two of England's brightest young back-line talents are facing long spells out of the game with injuries picked up in the same game last weekend.
Kallum Watkins, 18, who has played centre and wing for Leeds this year, is out for the rest of the season after scans showed that he needs reconstructive surgery on his knee. The injury news for Huddersfield is a little better. Their 19-year-old centre Michael Lawrence has badly sprained his ankle and is expected to be out of action for five weeks.
Paul Whatuira, who missed the win over Leeds with a hamstring strain, is in line to replace Watkins at Harlequins on Saturday.
