Morrison back to boost Bulls' play-off charge

Glenn Morrison is to boost Bradford's play-off hopes by playing against Wigan tomorrow after previously being ruled out for the season. The Australian tore a quad muscle against Leeds in May and had been told that he would not play again until 2009. He has recovered far more quickly than expected and takes his place in the match, which has been switched to Widnes because of the unavailability of the JJB.

The Bulls also have Michael Platt available after suspension, with Gareth Hock similarly cleared to resume for Wigan.

Either Salford or the Celtic Crusaders will book their place in the National League One Grand Final when they meet in the qualifying play-off at The Willows tonight. Both clubs already know that they will be in Super League next season. The Crusaders have the experienced forwards Neale Wyatt and Darren Mapp back in their squad.

Greg Inglis has eased fears about him leaving the NRL and joining French rugby union by signing a new, four-year contract with the Melbourne Storm.
