Tomorrow's AEWHA Cup final at Milton Keynes will bring together in opposition Maggie Souyave, the England coach who is player-coach of Premier Division Hightown and Sarah Gilroy, her England assistant, who coaches First Division Trojans, writes Bill Colwill.

Gilroy has developed Trojans into a tight, defensive unit, using Sally Gibson deep in middle field and leaving only the exciting Kathryn James as a front runner.

The final stages of the men's County Championship take place today and tomorrow at the Navy's Fleet ground in Portsmouth. With no offside within the 25-yard zone and shooting from anywhere inside the zone, goals could be plentiful. Kent and Yorkshire start as favourites.
