Cardiff Devils have signed Frank Caprice, the 34-year-old Canadian netminder. Caprice spent seven seasons in the NHL with Vancouver but more recently has been playing in the Italian Premier League.

Birmingham Blaze have signed Jarkko Kortesoja, the 24-year-old Finnish netminder, beating off competition from a number of Austrian and Swiss clubs.
