Jansher triumphs in Qatar

The world champion, Jansher Khan, swept aside the Australian Rodney Eyles in three games to win the Qatar International for the fourth successive year yesterday. Although Eyles fought back in the third game, he finally succumbed 15-4 15-9 17-16 in the 57-minute final as Jansher registered his 71st tournament win since beating his compatriot Jahangir Khan in the Hong Kong Open final in 1987.
