THE industrial tribunal case brought by Roy Inman, the former manager of the British women's team, against the British Judo Association, which was scheduled for today, has been cancelled because of the illness of the tribunal chairman, writes Philip Nicksan.
However, the British Judo Association has admitted 'constructive and unfair dismissal' of Inman, and will only defend the level of compensation. The case is expected to be heard in August.
