Michael Johnson has pulled out of this weekend's Prefontaine Classic Grand Prix meeting in Oregon as a precaution against a hamstring injury. Johnson, aiming to become the first man to win both the 200 and 400 metres at the same Olympics, has a slight strain in his right leg and has withdrawn to avoid aggravating the injury.
