Manor Formula 1 racer Roberto Merhi deliberately slows down at the finish line resulting in a massive crash

The closing moments of the Formula Renault 3.5 race at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg were marred by a huge crash involving Roberto Merhi and Nicholas Latifi.

Merhi drastically reduced his speed at the finish line causing Latifi to crash into his rear and roll over. Watch the crash below.

Both drivers were able to walk away from the incident; but to his dismay, Merhi has been banned for the next two Formula Renault 3.5 races.
