Ford's Estonian driver had inherited the lead on Saturday after misfortune befell Sébastien Loeb and Petter Solberg, and he eased clear yesterday for his first win of the season.
Martin won by 42.5 seconds from his Belgian team-mate, François Duval, with Citroën's Carlos Sainz 38sec further back having seen his chances hampered by an accident on stage 13.
In the production class, Britain's Niall McShea finished third in his Subaru, with Mitsubishi's Daniel Sola winning comfortably. Scotland's Alister McRae crashed out of contention on Saturday.
