Vettel's success 'may damage F1' says Ecclestone

The Formula One rights holder, Bernie Ecclestone, says the dominance of Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel could harm the sport.

"We don't want what happened last year, which was not too good," Ecclestone said. "We perhaps need a change [of champion]. I think everybody would agree."
