The British Horse Trials Championships at Gatcombe Park next year have moved to a new date (31 August to 1 September) in order to fit in with television schedules. The meeting had been due to clash with the Silk Cut Derby meeting at Hickstead, which the BBC would have shown in preference, but now both fixtures will be televised.
