The French skier Adrien Duvillard yesterday sufferd head wounds, broken ribs and a punctured lung in a serious accident in training for today's World Cup downhill in Wengen, Switzerland. Duvillard lost control coming off the final jump into the finish area and crashed into safety netting near the place where Gernot Reinstadler of Austria was killed in 1991. He was flown to hospital in Interlaken.
