David Howell, a member of the winning Great Britain & Ireland Walker Cup team last summer, still has plenty to do to record a maiden tour win after shooting a 69 in the third round of the Madeira Island Open. At seven under par, he is in third place, but four shots behind Sweden's Daniel Chopra, who bogeyed the last for a 70.
