David Broome had a medical examination, together with X-rays and an ultrasound scan, when he arrived in Barcelona yesterday morning. These revealed no serious injury as a result of his fall in Royan last weekend. There is every chance of his being fit to take part in the optional training competitions for show jumping riders on Saturday.
