MONEY is rarely an issue in the cloistered world of fencing, but the Unified Team are threatening not to play in today's team epee competition unless they get the cash - a total of dollars 10,000 ( pounds 5,200) - they were promised for becoming world champions last year. A Unified Team spokesman said: 'These days money is far from the last thing on our minds. But Barcelona is not the place to solve this problem.'
