'Cav' wary of reckless rivals

Mark Cavendish says he believes that some rival teams would rather wreck their own Olympics in order to be sure he loses any chance of winning rather than fight purely for their own victory. "I can guarantee that there'll be more than one team that goes to the Olympics just with the aim of of dropping me," Cavendish said. "They'll mess up their own chances, but that's how some teams ride now and you just have to deal with it."
