David Ashdown was in Beijing covering the 2008 Olympic Games
With this picture I had to use a very slow shutter speed, and as the shutter is pressed turn the zoom lens back, so moving it from 85mm to 170mm when the shutter is open. As you can see it gives a very interesting image. I had to take a lot of pictures to get this one and it's a lot of work for a single picture - but after all, one great picture is worth a mountain of mediocre ones.
