OSCAR DE LA HOYA STOPS RAFAEL RUELAS IN SECOND ROUND
BOXING
Oscar De La Hoya, the 1992 Olympic champion, stopped his fellow Los Angeles- based lightweight, Rafael Ruelas, in the second round of a fight in Las Vegas to add the International Boxing Federation championship to his World Boxing Organisation title.
