Petteri Lehtinen, of Finland, can compete in this year's Atlanta Olympics after the international court of arbitration for sport overturned a two- year drug ban imposed on him by the international federation, Fina, last June, the Finnish anti-doping committee said yesterday. Lehtinen said he had used a medication containing salbutamol - a stimulant and anabolic agent permitted only by inhaler - to treat asthma.
