DETECTIVES investigating the betting coup on Jo N Jack at Lingfield last week concluded yesterday that no offence was committed in placing bets on the 33-1 winner, prompting a Bradford punter to claim to have co-ordinated the gamble. 'It was a legitimate bet using our knowledge.'
