Kim Bailey is to face a Jockey Club Disciplinary Committee inquiry because his Docklands Express tested positive to the banned substance isoxsuprine after finishing third to Rowlandsons Jewels at Doncaster on 12 December. Bailey was using the drug to treat a foot problem on the recommendation of his vets. Even though the treatment ended 10 days before the race, traces of the drug were still present.
