Following his victory in the King George VI Chase at Kempton on Boxing Day, See More Business, who promises to be even more effective over a longer distance at a stiffer course such as Cheltenham is an attractively- priced 12-1 for the Gold Cup with most firms although Coral are taking no chances and quote him at 7-1. Imperial Call is 10-1 with Coral and Ladbrokes following Sunday's bloodless success at Leopardstown.
Istabraq is 9-2 with Coral and William Hill for the Champion Hurdle after his win at Leopardstown yesterday, while Shadow Leader is 6-1 generally after finishing second to Kerawi in the Christmas Hurdle at Kempton.
Rainwatch is 14-1 with the Tote for the Triumph Hurdle after his success in the Finale Junior Hurdle at Chepstow, while Upgrade is 33-1 with Coral and Ladbrokes after his easy win at Kempton.
Commanche Court is 6-1 favourite with Coral for The Ladbroke after escaping a penalty for his length win over Hard News at Leopardstown on Sunday and 10-1 with the Tote for Newbury's Tote Gold Trophy Handicap Hurdle.
However, the one that really catches the eye in their list is Christmas Hurdle winner Kerawi (7-1), who beat Shadow Leader by threequarters of a length at level weights at Kempton and, despite a 4lb penalty, is 12lb better off at Newbury.
