Bramley have signed the twins Anthony and David Gibbons from Leeds Rhinos in a one-month loan deal.

Halifax are negotiating with their England international hooker, Paul Rowley, in the hopes of keeping him at Thrum Hall. Rowley is the subject of rival bids from Wigan and Warrington, but Halifax said yesterday that they wished to retain his services.
