Stourbridge, who have reached the third round of the Pilkington Cup, have recruited Australia's former assistant coach, Glen Ella, as their backs coach. Ella, who worked under the sacked national coach Bob Dwyer and prepared Australia's Hong Kong Sevens squad, is due to arrive in England within a month. The former international will join a coaching panel that includes the former Scotland A prop, Graham Smith.
