HOW TO GET THERE

By train: First Great Western Railways - www.firstgreatwestern.co.uk - run regular services between London Paddington and Cardiff with an approximate journey time of 2 hours. By road: Allow plenty of time to get to Cardiff via the M4. Parking close to the stadium is a problem on match days and police block off the streets surrounding the ground in the run-up to kick-off.

The Westgate (49 Cowbridge Road East, Tel: 029 20303926) Another good bar to head to before the match as it's near the stadium. No frills but they take their rugby very seriously here.
