Lawrence Dallaglio heads a star-studded replacements' bench for Wasps in today's Zurich Premiership game at Leeds. His England team-mates Simon Shaw, Stuart Abbott and Josh Lewsey have also been named as substitutes, along with Welsh scrum-half Rob Howley and New Zealand prop Craig Dowd.

Despite the Londoners' recent defeat by Pertemps Bees in the Powergen Cup after fielding a below-strength line-up, their director of rugby, Warren Gatland, has decided to rest his key men again ahead of next Sunday's Heineken Cup semi-final with Munster in Dublin.

Leeds, chasing a place in the wild-card semi-finals, have made six changes to the side who won at Rotherham a fortnight ago. Phil Christophers replaces the injured Andrew Snyman at centre, while Matt Holt, Mark Regan, Stuart Hooper, Dan Hyde and Alix Popham all return to the pack.

Leaders Bath give South African centre Robbie Fleck his first start since breaking an ankle five months ago, away to third-placed Northampton.

Gloucester, Saints' only realistic rivals for the third Premiership play-off spot, need to bounce back from last weekend's 34-3 Heineken Cup humiliation by Wasps when they take on London Irish at the Madejski Stadium, Reading.

Gwent Dragons pulled to within two points of leaders Ulster and Llanelli Scarlets in the Celtic League with a 48-25 victory over Cardiff Blues at Newport last night.

Jason Forster and Nathan Brew claimed two tries each, with Jamie Ringer and Andy Marinos also going over and Percy Montgomery kicking 18 points. Wales centre Tom Shanklin touched down twice for Cardiff, who now look certain to miss out on qualification for next season's Heineken Cup.
