South Africa beat England 25-12 in Yokohama to win the Rugby World Cup for a third time.
England’s World Cup final began in unfortunate fashion, when prop Kyle Sinckler was knocked unconscious just two minutes into the match.
Handrè Pollard soon had South Africa in the lead with his accurate penalty kicks, with the Springboks going in for half-time with a healthy 12-6 lead.
South Africa then ran away with the game in the second-half, scoring two brilliant tries through the electric Makazole Mapimpi and Cheslin Kolbe to seal glory.
