England can be crowned 2016 Six Nations champions as soon as today, providing Scotland defeat France at Murrayfield.

A win for Scotland will see England win the tournament for the first time since 2011. The crucial match kicks off today at 3pm.

England head coach, Eddie Jones, however, has his sights on completing the Grand Slam for England, just three months after replacing Stuart Lancaster.

His side defeated Wales 25-21 at Twickenham yesterday to give them on hand on the title.

On the final weekend of the tournament next week, England travel to France aiming to record the clean sweep.

“The Grand Slam is a reality and we can’t wait to get to Paris and to do the business,” said Jones.

“We need to prepare well and the Grand Slam is there for us to take. France will play with a lot of passion and a lot of pride – I think we’re good enough to do the business.”
