The Gloucester wing, James Simpson-Daniel, has been added to the England training squad that assembled in Bath last night for Saturday's Six Nations game at Murrayfield.
Brian Ashton, the England head coach, has opted for Simpson-Daniel following confirmation that the Harlequins wing, David Strettle, will not be available for the remaining Six Nations matches with Scotland and Ireland because of a foot injury.
"It is a bit strange considering I'm on a bit of a rugby hangover after our result against Harlequins on Saturday," Simpson-Daniel said.
