ART MONK, the Washington Redskins receiver, became the National Football League's all-time receptions leader when he caught his 820th pass, surpassing Steve Largent's record of 819, as the Redskins beat Denver Broncos 34-3 on Monday. Monk, 34, is in his 13th season with the Redskins. Largent, who holds the record for receiving touchdowns with 100, played for the Seattle Seahawks from 1976 to 1989.
