BUTCH REYNOLDS, the 400 metres world record holder who has just completed a two-year drugs suspension, is expected to compete for the United States against Great Britain at the National Indoor Arena, Birmingham on 13 February. 'It's up to the Americans who they pick but we're pretty sure that Reynolds will be competing,' Andy Norman, the chief promotions officer of the British Athletic Federation, said.
