ROBERT HAMILTON-JONES, the club runner who keeps defying his drugs ban by racing under assumed names, looks set to escape with no disciplinary action if he agrees to give up his 'Scarlet Pimpernel' act. But British athletics chiefs warned yesterday that they would be prepared to go to the courts if the 22-year-old student persisted in ignoring the four-year suspension imposed for failing to take a drugs test.
