Sport in Short: Badminton

HELEN TROKE, Britain's former European and Commonwealth champion, is to retire from international competition. Troke, 28, from Hampshire, won two European singles titles, five Commonwealth golds, won 115 England caps and a bronze medal at the 1983 world championships.
