THE Chicago Cubs yesterday initiated legal action against the major league commissioner, Fay Vincent, to try to stop their enforced move to the National League West division next season. The lawsuit claims Cubs' fans will face 'irreparable injury' because 'traditional team rivalries will be disrupted'.
