DEREK RUCKER, the American who has averaged 40 points a game for the Carlsberg League club, Birmingham Bullets, this season has returned to Atlanta because of family problems. 'He is unlikely to return,' Dave Fisher, the Bullets' coach, said. The club hope to sign another American, Billy Singleton, as replacement in time for Saturday's visit from the champions, Guildford Kings.
