HERBIE HIDE may yet meet Manchester's Michael Murray for the vacant British heavyweight title, despite the Boxing Board of Control's refusal to sanction their fight at Dagenham on 27 February. Following protests from the promoter, Frank Warren, and Hide's manager, Barry Hearn, the Board is to meet on Monday to discuss the issue again.
