COLIN McMILLAN, the Barking featherweight, defends his World Boxing Organisation title for the first time against the Colombian, Ruben Palacio, at Kensington Olympia, London, on Saturday 26 September. Palacio, 29, has fought in Britain before: he suffered a cut eye and was beaten in seven rounds by the former European champion, Jim McDonnell, in 1986.
