TIM WITHERSPOON, the former world heavyweight champion, won a 10- round unanimous decision over Tony Willis at Harrah's Casino Hotel in Atlantic City. Witherspoon, of Philadeplhia, ranked sixth in the world by the World Boxing Association, improved his record to 38 wins and four defeats, with 24 knock-outs.
