A VIOLENT storm frustrated New South Wales's push towards victory over South Australia on the second day of their Sheffield Shield match in Adelaide yesterday. New South Wales, with 399 for 5 declared, had the home side 114 for 5 before the weather intervened. In Perth, the openers Dene Hills and Nick Courtney established a record opening stand of 164 for Tasmania against Western Australia.
